Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our Linden therapy team.

This part-time role offers flexibility with PRN options and opportunities to supplement your current schedule. You will provide OTA services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, help patients improve daily living skills and mobility, document progress, and collaborate with the therapy team.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan OTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Document treatments and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
