Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to guide clinical care while hands-on treating patients in our Richmond, VA rehab setting. You will mentor therapists and support staff, coordinate schedules, and drive quality outcomes to help patients reach meaningful recovery goals.

The role requires an active PT/OT/SLP license, CPR/BLS, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training and schedules to achieve business goals.
