The OT Test Engineer at Accurant International plays a critical role in validating our Operational Technology systems and ensuring that all components function seamlessly within the electric utility landscape. This position involves designing test strategies, executing various evaluation techniques, and ensuring that our OT solutions meet regulatory and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive test plans for OT systems and components
• Executing functional, integration, and performance tests to validate system capabilities
• Collaborating with software and hardware engineering teams to identify testing requirements and potential integration issues
• Documenting test procedures, results, and defect reports, providing clear feedback to relevant teams
• Participating in design reviews to ensure testability is considered in the development process
• Maintaining current knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements that impact OT testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing operational technology or related systems
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies specific to OT, including SCADA and other control systems
• Proficient with testing tools and techniques for validating OT applications
