Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an OT Systems Integration Engineer for an on-site role in Kansas City, MO. You will own legacy Allen-Bradley ladder logic and modify PLCs to integrate with a new ERP platform, while testing changes and documenting communication routines.

The position requires 15+ years in industrial controls and familiarity with Dematic/AS/RS equipment, with U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check. W2 contract with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial controls and automated handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and own Allen-Bradley ladder logic on legacy material handling systems.
• Modify PLC logic to support communication with a new ERP platform and test changes.
• Analyze controller tag databases and communication routines.
• Support network packet capture to document system communications.
• Produce clear documentation of message structures, sequences, and error handling.
