ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an OT Systems Integration Engineer in Kansas City, MO, on-site, to support an ERP modernization program. You will review and modify Allen-Bradley ladder logic for legacy material handling systems and verify communications with a new ERP platform.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial controls and expert ladder logic across PLC-5, SLC 500, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000, with Dematic familiarity; U.S. citizenship and background check compliance are needed.

Qualifications

15+ years in industrial controls.
Expert in Allen-Bradley ladder logic including legacy platforms (PLC-5, SLC 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000).
Proven experience taking over, modifying, and documenting PLC programs written by others.
Dematic familiarity required; HK Systems or Rapistan experience a strong plus.
U.S. citizen, able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and take ownership of existing Allen-Bradley ladder logic on a legacy automated material handling system.
Modify PLC logic as needed to support communication with a new ERP platform, and test those changes.
Analyze controller tag databases and communication routines.
Support network packet capture to document how the system communicates today.
Produce clear documentation of message structures, sequences, and error handling.
