Job summary

CSL is seeking a Global Automation Engineering & Technology Head to define and execute the enterprise OT strategy for GxP manufacturing and lab digital systems, including PCS, MES, OT Data Systems, and LIMS platforms.

This role provides global lifecycle ownership, governance, and standards for platforms, data, and recipes across manufacturing and QC laboratories, ensuring harmonized, compliant, and future‑ready operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in OT/IT for manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle ownership
• Proven ability to drive digital manufacturing roadmaps and governance

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global OT strategy and roadmap for manufacturing and QC systems.
• Provide lifecycle ownership for enterprise OT platforms (DCS, MES, OT Data Systems, LIMS).
• Lead OT governance structures and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GxP requirements.
• Oversee capital project delivery and drive harmonization across global sites.
