Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior OT Systems Engineer to provide advanced problem solving and design for plant OT systems such as process computers and data historians in nuclear operations.

You will help establish OT system configurations, support outage activities, and assist with migrations to new platforms while collaborating with leadership and project teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access, with favorable medical examination and/or testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement and as a subject matter expert when consulted to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
• Establish the design, configuration, deployment, and operation of Operational Technology (OT) systems and applications and assist with the migration of existing applications to new platforms.
• Consult with leadership, project teams, support teams and end users to support availability and perform feasibility analysis for potential changes related to OT systems.
• Coordinate the development of future technology road maps, resource requirements, migration strategies, and project schedules.
• Create documentation to install, replace, and upgrade components and systems; develop SOWs and architecture diagrams for nuclear plant environments.
• Provide feedback to leadership and peers for risks identified during business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain relevancy and knowledge in current and emerging OT technologies and industry trends.
