Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities include collaborating with facility staff, developing plans of care and measurable goals, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
