Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active Massachusetts state license.
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL impairments and plan care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment for cognitive/ADL disorders per standards.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities.
• Document progress and modify treatments in the medical record.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
