Job summary

Sweetwater Care in the United States is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. You will provide cognitive and ADL-focused therapy, document outcomes, and work with a multidisciplinary group to restore patients to their highest level of function.

This PRN/Part Time role offers a pay rate of $40-$55 per hour, based on experience, with a supportive, growth-oriented workplace focused on senior care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active Ohio state license.
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and plan care.
• Deliver rehabilitative therapy per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Document treatment minutes and patient progress in the chart.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab aides as needed.
• Communicate progress with supervisor, health team and families.
