This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs). If you are not an OT, please do not apply.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

📍 Current OT openings available in:

Brewster, Brighton, Brockton, Chelsea, Melrose, Rockport, and additional Massachusetts markets.

• Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers

• Active Massachusetts OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
