Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an OT Networking & Security Engineer in Houston to design secure OT network architectures and support cybersecurity initiatives across operational technology networks and control systems.

In this role you will collaborate with automation, controls, and IT teams to strengthen security, perform risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or NERC CIP frameworks.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS cybersecurity experience within industrial environments.
• Knowledge of industrial networking (switches/routers/firewalls/segmentation).
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF or NERC CIP frameworks.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure OT network architectures.
• Support cybersecurity assessments, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Enforce OT security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with automation, controls, and IT teams to strengthen OT security.
• Support incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
