Conti LLC is seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Operational Technology and customer-facing solutions. The role is the security liaison between the cyber security organization and business units managing OT environments and delivered solutions.

You will own the security program, drive secure onboarding, maintain documentation standards and lead security assessments. The position requires deep technical security knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and experience

Formación

• Minimum of 7+ years in information security with at least 3 years focused on OT/ICS security or customer-facing solution security.
• Experience conducting security design reviews, architecture assessments, and risk analysis for complex networked environments.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS security standards and frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT security frameworks.
• Experience managing security documentation programs.
• Strong understanding of network security principles; segmentation, DMZ design, firewall policy, remote access, identity and access management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present security risk to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of OT systems and customer solutions with security assessments before deployment.
• Define and enforce security requirements for OT and customer environments.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal and IT to ensure third party vendors meet security baselines.
• Own security documentation library and maintain security standards for OT environments.
• Participate in architecture design reviews as a security SME.
• Lead security reviews for OT changes and customer solutions with risk assessment reports.
