Job summary

Bourns, Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Specialist to lead cybersecurity across global production environments in Riverside, CA.

You will collaborate with Plant Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Corporate IT to define and implement OT security standards and controls. The role requires hands-on security work, project leadership, and the ability to manage OT incident response, risk assessments, and compliance with standards such as ISO and NIST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years in OT/ICS Security or cybersecurity in a corporate setting with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, CNC equipment, motion control, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain OT security standards across global production environments.
• Lead OT security projects and coordinate with Plant Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and IT.
• Manage vulnerability, patching, audits, and incident response for OT systems.
