American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an OT Security Site Lead to support Honda Development and Manufacturing Production Engineering in Marysville, OH. The role partners with IT and site teams to ensure secure manufacturing operations and regional OT security initiatives.

The position covers asset management, vulnerability remediation, equipment backup and recovery, and incident management, with occasional travel to Honda sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or cybersecurity field.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills with customers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface with site members to drive regional OT security initiatives.
• Oversee asset visibility targets through vulnerability systems at the site.
• Coordinate remediation plans and investigate IDS alerts.
• Manage equipment backup targets and incident response coordination.
• Contribute as SME in developing OT security tools, systems, and processes.
