Crown Holdings, Inc. is hiring an OT Security Technical Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls across global manufacturing OT environments, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.

You will partner with regional IT and plant teams to ensure secure, resilient operations while protecting personnel and production continuity. The role requires strong OT/ICS engineering experience, familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and Purdue models, and hands-on use of OT security

Qualifications

5+ years in OT/ICS engineering, industrial automation, cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

Engineering and Technical Leadership: design and implement OT security controls for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.
Lead SME across OT security solutions, define processes and author detailed guides for operations.
Identify OT security configuration issues and coordinate remediation with minimal production impact.
Maintain inventories of OT assets and participate in OT incident response and vulnerability management.
Strategy and Architecture Design: define OT cybersecurity architecture, roadmaps, standards, and reference designs.
Conduct OT security architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
Collaborate with regional IT and plant teams to ensure feasible security controls and alignment with standards.
