Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to assess security posture and maturity of OT environments across critical infrastructure. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, review OT docs, evaluate practices against IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF, and develop remediation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in OT security, OT risk assessment, or related infrastructure security roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Direct OT experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities or critical infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with ICS/SCADA systems
• Knowledge of OT technologies, architectures, and OT networking
• Experience with OT security assessment frameworks including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP
• Understanding of OT regulatory requirements such as NIS2/AI Cyber Resilience Act
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess OT environments and determine security posture against industry frameworks
• Develop maturity assessments and remediation roadmaps for OT environments
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership
• Guide OT risk discussions with technical teams and executives
• Support project managers andDelivery teams to manage scope and timelines
• Contribute to OT security program governance and policy development
