Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security engagements in industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions across OT/ICS with client engineers and operators, reducing risk while maintaining operations.

You will develop reports, roadmaps, and governance artifacts, and collaborate with IT/OT teams and vendors to deliver practical security outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS environments (e.g., utilities, manufacturing).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with ICS technologies: SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT, and monitoring/IR.
• Minimum 3 years experience with ICS/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing and presenting security deliverables and reports to technical and exec audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against NERC CIP, IEC 62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2.
• Evaluate Purdue Model layers for gaps in segmentation, remote access, inventory, and detection.
• Deploy OT-native security tooling (Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi) and asset discovery tools.
• Perform OT-specific threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response in ICS/SCADA.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development with governance, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEMs for practical security outcomes.
• Serve as SME on active OT security pursuits, contribute to RFPs and proposals.
• Contribute reusable assets and delivery best practices across engagements.
