Job summary

OxyChem seeks an OT Security Analyst to help secure and support industrial control systems, manufacturing networks, and critical operational technologies. This role partners with plant operations, engineering, infrastructure, and enterprise cybersecurity teams to assess risk, implement security controls, respond to incidents, and support compliance with industry standards and internal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity OT/ICS security or related disciplines.
• Experience securing PLC, DCS, SCADA, SIS, and process-control environments.
• Experience applying security principles to industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with MOC/change management and evaluating cybersecurity impacts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to OT/ICS cybersecurity events in manufacturing environments.
• Perform OT risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and audits with cross-functional teams.
• Support secure design of industrial networks, firewalls, remote access, and asset discovery.
• Develop and maintain OT security architectures and control requirements.
• Coordinate OT security initiatives from design through deployment and handoff.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and incident response for OT environments.
• Maintain OT security standards, procedures, and evidence for compliance.
