Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Architect - OT to define and implement cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and controls for OT/ICS/IIoT environments. The role aligns with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and industry best practices, collaborating with plant operations, engineering, and vendors to secure industrial systems.

You will lead OT security architecture across sites, conduct risk-based assessments, oversee monitoring and incident response, and mentor teams while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, IT, or engineering experience with industrial exposure preferred.
• Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity incident response.
• Strong understanding of OT networks, ICS/SCADA, and industrial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise OT cybersecurity architecture standards, reference architectures, diagrams, and guidance.
• Design secure OT network architectures, segmentation, Purdue model, DMZs, remote access controls, and zero trust.
• Review OT system designs and modernization projects for security alignment.
• Lead OT assessments, threat modeling, and maturity evaluations.
• Lead deployment of OT monitoring, asset discovery, and threat detection platforms.
• Develop OT-specific incident response playbooks and recovery procedures.
