Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will contribute as a SME on active pursuits, support RFP responses, and help Accenture win OT security work while balancing delivery commitments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS experience in industrial environments.
• 3+ years hands-on with IC technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
• 3+ years cybersecurity in OT contexts (vulnerability management, IAM, monitoring).
• 3+ years experience with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• 3+ years producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against frameworks (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
• Evaluate security posture across Purdue Model layers; identify gaps.
• Deploy OT security tooling and asset discovery tools.
• Perform OT threat hunting and incident response support in IC/SCADA.
• Develop risk registers, remediation roadmaps, and reports.
• Support OT security program development with governance and policies.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams and vendors for practical security outcomes.
• Contribute to RFP responses and proposal content.
• Create reusable assets and delivery methods across engagements.
