Job summary

IPSecure is seeking an OT Security Analyst / ICs Penetration Tester to assess and strengthen security for critical ICS environments, including SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and HMIs. You will perform vulnerability testing with safety-first methods in live production settings at JBSA Lackland,San Antonio, TX.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and IAT II certs. Expect collaboration with engineers and plant managers to implement risk mitigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• IAT II certification (e.g., Security+) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on OT/ICS vulnerability testing in industrial environments.
• Perform protocol analysis on Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, BACnet.
• Evaluate Purdue Model network segmentation and OT-to-IT bridging.
• Deliver actionable remediation reports to engineers and plant managers.
• Design non-disruptive testing methodologies prioritizing safety.
