IPSecure, Inc. seeks an Operational Technology Security Analyst to evaluate, attack, and strengthen industrial control system security at JBSA Lackland, San Antonio.

You will perform hands-on, safety-first assessments of OT networks, with focus on Purdue Model segmentation and critical protocols, while communicating risk to engineers and plant leadership. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience in OT/ICS vulnerability testing.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of cybersecurity testing experience with at least 2 years focused on OT/ICS environments.
• Solid working knowledge of industrial network architecture and the Purdue Model.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
• IAT II certification (e.g., Security+) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct hands‑on, safety‑first security assessments of OT environments (SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs).
• Document vulnerabilities and collaborate with plant engineers to mitigate risks.
• Test Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, BACnet and other industrial protocols.
• Review network designs (Purdue Model) for IT‑OT segmentation and bridging risks.
• Deliver clear remediation reports to engineers and plant managers.
• Design non‑disruptive testing methodologies to avoid downtime or safety incidents.
