Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Cyber OT SecOps to lead OT security monitoring, triage, and incident response across manufacturing environments. You will partner with plant teams to tailor detection playbooks and ensure rapid, context-aware responses that protect production and safety.

This role coordinates with MSSP SOC analysts and OT engineering to sustain robust OT security. Requires strong OT/ICS expertise, familiarity with Claroty and Defender for IoT, and experience guiding

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS in manufacturing or critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with OT monitoring platforms (Claroty, Defender for IoT) and traditional security tools (EDR, SIEM).
• Knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA) and Purdue Model.

Responsibilities

• OT Security Monitoring & Detection within the SOC across OT monitoring platforms and OT networks.
• OT Incident Triage & Response with OT context and safety considerations.
• Plant Partnerships & OT Context to translate plant knowledge into SOC playbooks.
• MSSP SOC Team Leadership directing analysts and maintaining service levels.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement on OT posture, trends, and coverage.
