Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Manager, Cyber OT SecOps to lead OT security monitoring, detection, and response across manufacturing environments. You’ll shape OT detection playbooks, coordinate with OT engineering, and guide MSSP SOC analysts to protect production lines and safety.

This role requires deep OT/ICS security expertise, the ability to bridge IT/OT, and strong communication with plant leadership and executives. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with OT/ICS security in manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate OT risks for executives and plant leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own OT security monitoring and detection across OT environments.
• Lead triage, investigation, and response to OT security events.
• Develop OT-specific incident response playbooks and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with OT engineering and plant teams to ensure proper monitoring.
• Provide leadership to MSSP SOC analysts supporting OT environments.
• Report OT security posture and trends to leadership.
