Job summary

KaMin, based in Middle Georgia (McIntyre), seeks a Process Control Systems Engineer to lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our OT environment. You will ensure reliability and security of process control networks, SCADA/HMI platforms, historians, servers, and related automation systems across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Engineering, and IT teams to keep plant operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation/Industrial Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting industrial process control systems/OT environments.
Experience with SCADA/HMI/Historian/PLC and industrial networks.
Knowledge of OT security principles and industrial networking basics.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Process Control Network infrastructure across plant operations.
Support SCADA/HMI platforms and historian environments, incl. InTouch and historians.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and field devices; ensure data collection reliability.
Coordinate with IT for integration and cybersecurity; maintain documentation.
Assist with capital projects, startups, testing, and system validations.
