Job summary
Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award‑winning team in Gainesville, FL and the surrounding area. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications
- OT degree from an accredited OT program (AOTA‑approved).
- Active Florida OT license and ability to practice.
- Valid Florida driver license with auto insurance and clean MVR.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality, personalized OT care.
- Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
- Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
- Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
