Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award‑winning team in Gainesville, FL and the surrounding area. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

You will deliver high‑quality OT care, collaborate with physicians and the clinical team, and help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery. You will educate patients and families on balance, walking, and home safety, ensuring safe

• OT degree from an accredited OT program (AOTA‑approved).
• Active Florida OT license and ability to practice.
• Valid Florida driver license with auto insurance and clean MVR.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)

• Active OT license in Florida

• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

• 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred

• Strong initiative and independent judgement
