Job summary
Trilogy Home Healthcare seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Per Diem work in Arcadia, FL and surrounding areas. You will deliver compassionate care, assess home mobility, and help patients regain independence after illness or surgery.
The ideal candidate holds a Florida OT license with an accredited OT degree, a valid Florida driver's license and insurance, and at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred). Flexible scheduling & mileage reimbursement are offered.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
- Active Florida OT license.
- Valid Florida driver\'s license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
- 1+ year OT experience; home health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality, personalized OT care.
- Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
- Educate patients and families on balance, walking, and preventing decline.
- Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
