Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license
• 1+ year OT experience, preferably in home health
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clean MVR
• Strong initiative and independent judgement

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care that truly makes a difference
• Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment
