Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Sarasota is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide PRN/per diem home health services in Sarasota, FL. You will collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of OT experience; Home Health preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized OT care.
• Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
