Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. The role offers scheduling flexibility and the chance to help residents regain independence through individualized therapy.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing OT plans, addressing daily living skills, safety, and equipment recommendations, documenting progress, and collaborating with COTAs and other healthcare professionals. Massachusetts OT license required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.
