Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position at Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH. Earn $50–$55/hour on a PRN basis and deliver individualized OT services to help residents strengthen daily living skills and independence.

The role requires NH OT licensure, graduation from an accredited OT program, and strong clinical judgment with good communication. New graduates are welcome to apply, with a collaborative rehab team and diverse caseload.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Wolfeboro Bay Center | Wolfeboro, NH $50–$55/hour | PRN

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position at Wolfeboro Bay Center. Provide individualized occupational therapy services designed to help residents strengthen functional abilities, regain everyday skills, and maintain as much independence as possible.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
• Develop appropriate therapy goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to improve safety and independence
• Modify interventions according to resident needs and clinical progress
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support everyday function
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with COTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team
