$50–$55/hour

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
