Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to serve at Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, NH. You will assess residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled OT interventions tailored to daily activities and recovery goals.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, updating care plans, and collaborating with nursing and rehab teams to support safe, effective care and discharge planning. NH license required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
• Effective communication and timely, accurate documentation.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is a plus; new graduates welcome.

• Complete clinical documentation and collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues on care strategies and discharge recommendations.

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at Bedford Hills Center. Help skilled nursing residents work through the challenges that affect personal care and daily participation, using your clinical judgment to build treatment around their abilities, priorities, and recovery needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assess daily living performance, upper-extremity function, cognition, and activity tolerance.
• Establish individualized plans of care with measurable goals for meaningful daily activities.
• Provide treatment for dressing, bathing, toileting, functional transfers, and other tasks important to residents.
