Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, NH. You will support skilled nursing rehabilitation under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering treatment activities and promoting independence in daily routines.

You’ll follow individualized plans, help residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and safety precautions.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Incorporate prescribed exercises and functional tasks that address upper-extremity abilities, coordination, and endurance.

• Discuss residents' progress, treatment tolerance, and changing needs with the supervising OT.
• Document interventions and responses promptly, working with nursing and rehabilitation staff to encourage continued practice outside therapy.

Support the small accomplishments that help residents move forward in recovery. Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Bedford Hills Center, providing skilled nursing rehabilitation focused on self-care and participation in daily routines under the supervising Occupational Therapist's direction.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver treatment activities outlined in each resident's occupational therapy plan of care.

• Help residents practice dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting with appropriate instruction and assistance.

What We Offer

• $35–$38 per hour.
