Job summary

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our care team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to support rehabilitation and independence.

This role offers compensation of $50–$60 per hour DOE, with responsibilities including supervising staff, ensuring compliant documentation, and promoting safe, patient-centered care within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios in practical tasks.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and aides.
• Communicate with physicians and staff regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
