Job summary

Citrus Heights Post Acute in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Earn $65-$70/hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus as you help patients regain independence in skilled nursing and post-acute care.

The OT will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with physicians and staff, provide education, supervise assistants, and ensure safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate in OT preferred.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physician approval.
• Provide OT treatments per orders and supervise staff.
• Document timely and accurately per regulations.
• Assist with discharge planning and staff training.
