Job summary

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our care team in Washington. The OT will evaluate residents, develop and update treatment plans, supervise COTA staff, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and families to support discharge planning and functional goals.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60 (DOE), with a focus on quality care, safety, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine occupational therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in resident care and supervise other staff as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and families regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per regulations and facility policies.
