Job summary

EY is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to lead operational integration, readiness validation, and documentation completion for OT environments. This role coordinates across architecture, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams to close readiness gaps and ensure auditable controls and stable platforms.

The position emphasizes coordination, risk tracking, and effective communication to maintain reliable OT operations in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, OT, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, compliance readiness, or operations enablement activities.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate OT environments are operable and ready after implementations or transitions.
• Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings, gaps, open items, and integration dependencies.
• Coordinate with operations to align assets, platforms, monitoring, and documentation with operating models.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, and site stakeholders for missing information for control reviews.
