Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville, IL for a part-time daytime schedule. You will collaborate with a patient care team to develop and implement treatment plans to improve functional independence.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, a current IL OT license, NBCOT certification, and prefer 1 year of OT experience. The team values therapist input and collaborative leadership.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
