Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Rockmart, GA. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and improving functional independence for diverse populations.

You will document progress, adjust plans based on outcomes, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. A current GA OT license and NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
