Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Sr OT Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain OT network infrastructure in a manufacturing setting. The role requires collaboration between IT and plant engineers to ensure secure, reliable performance with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in OT and enterprise networking, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor local IT and operational staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience in OT or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure design for industrial settings.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite OT network engineer for initiatives and deployments.
• Lead deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
• Design secure, resilient networks for industrial environments.
• Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements including IDMZ and segmentation.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Mentor IT support and operational staff on OT fundamentals.
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into effective network solutions.
