Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Maryland is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You will start with mentorship and grow toward independent, patient-centered care while joining a nationally recognized team of therapists across settings.

The role offers a mentorship-driven environment, a manageable caseload, and the autonomy to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy.

Qualifications

• MD-licensed OT or eligible to licensure in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute 1:1 occupational therapy sessions.
• Manage a 6–8 patient daily caseload.
• Deliver care with mentorship and independence within FOX model.
