New graduates are welcomed into our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, with 60-minute sessions and a typical caseload of 6–8 patients daily. Flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop professionally and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 OT sessions, 60 minutes each.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.
