Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for a mentorship-rich, independent career launch in Greater Edgewater, MD. You’ll deliver 1:1 OT care with 60‑minute sessions and manage a typical caseload of 6–8 patients per day, gaining hands-on experience and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills with a drive for professional development.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 OT care with individualized treatment; 60‑minute sessions.
• Manage a manageable caseload of ~6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program and mentorship activities.
• Deliver high-quality OT services in a home/outpatient setting while maintaining autonomy.

In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
