FOX Rehabilitation in Maryland is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists to join its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program blends mentorship with independence to launch your career on a team revolutionizing care for older adults, with full support to become a confident, well‑rounded clinician.

You will provide 1:1 care with 60‑minute sessions, typically see 6–8 patients per day, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

• A licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally

In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full‑Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
