HealthPro Heritage in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. You will assess patients, design and implement therapy plans, educate families, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families on daily activities with adaptive equipment and modifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in line with regulations.
• Advocate for patients and help them access community resources and accommodations.
