Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Massachusetts seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide therapy across Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Jamaica Plain and Presentation in Bridgeton. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for long-term care residents.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support discharge back home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to guide therapy.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaborate with PT and SLP to provide coordinated care.

Need: Full-time - split between Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Jamaica Plain, MA, and Presentation in Bridgeton, MA

Setting: Long-term care

Rate Range: $43-$51/hr (based on years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
