Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex issues and drive improvements in our service delivery. You will work in post‑sales scenarios with autonomy, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure robust customer outcomes.

In this role you will develop in-depth knowledge of our OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions, perform hands-on troubleshooting, and support critical accounts with white-glove care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and FreeBSD.
• Experience with security appliances in complex environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Resolve issues and drive improvements in processes with autonomy.
• Develop and maintain competency on Nozomi Networks product line and technologies.
• Create knowledge base content and keep it up to date.
• Replicate and reproduce customer issues in the lab prior to escalation.
